These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ELEVATE website and application (the "Service"), operated by GoSendMe Global ("GoSendMe Global," "we," "us," or "our"), a registered 501(c)(3) non-denominational religious charity. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of a church, organization, or team, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is intended to support discipleship, training, and missions activities in connection with GoSendMe Global's ministry and the churches and teams it serves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure, enable multi-factor authentication where offered, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear compromised or that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (such as journals, notes, and uploads). You grant GoSendMe Global a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the teams you participate in, and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.

The Service lets you record information about other people (for example, individuals you are discipling or praying for). You are responsible for how you collect and use that information, for handling it respectfully and lawfully, and for having any consent required in your jurisdiction. Do not enter sensitive information about others that you are not authorized to record.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the ELEVATE and GoSendMe Global names and logos, is owned by GoSendMe Global or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (such as hosting, email delivery, and mapping data). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content or data will always be available or accurate. You use the Service, including any location and safety features, at your own risk and discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOSENDME GLOBAL AND ITS DIRECTORS, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSendMe Global and its directors, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
